According to the Garrett Park Bugle, Tom lived in Churchton, Maryland. He is survived by his wife Charlotte, parents Tom and Elaine of Garrett Park, and brothers and sisters.
Although I didn't know Tom Kennedy that well, I remember him as part of the neighborhood gang from elementary school. He was an adventurous kid and always seemed to have a story to tell.
I remember Tom as a great and friendly guy that was quick to smile. He bought Craig Baruch's Norton motocycle, the Snortin Nortin, and became a smiling biker with long curly hair. Sorry to know he's gone...it was great to be with him.
Wow! I knew Tom well. I brought him home a few times, but my mom was a bit put off by his long hair, which of course made me like him even more. Remember his VW bug? I was driving through Garrett Park just recently and thought about him and wondered if his parents still live there. Sad.

I just remember those eyes, and the freckles. He was a cute guy, kind of quiet, but what a smile.
