DavId A. Goodwin passed away in February, 2018. He was an optometrist in the Chicagoland area. Dave  attended Illinois College of Optometry at Chicago. He leaves behind his wife Dorota and 4 children as well as 4 grandchildren. This information was provided by Dave's brother, Tom Goodwin.
