It has taken me a long time to write this remembrance of Janet. We went back a long way. I was a guest at her first grade birthday party. We reconnected at WJ through the gymnastics club. We once went on a date to a WJ dance, where she endured my complete inability to talk to a girl in a social setting. Goodbye, Janet, I wish I'd been a more interesting date and a closer friend.
